  I engaged with the Krohn & Moss Florida Team for a vehicle Lemon Law case and we won our case. The team gave me confidence from the first day I spoke with them until the check landed in my account. I worked with two attorneys, Jeremy Kespohl and Brian Arcila, and two paralegals, Jasmine Slater and Natali Gerani. Individually they were all excellent, very professional, and "buttoned down". Jeremy Kespohl engaged with me first, qualified the merits of my case, and did a perfect job setting initial expectations up front in terms of what I could expect and the timeline involved. Bryan Arcila then handled all the follow-up detail, handled negotiation with opposing counsel and the State Arbitrator. Bryan negotiated the settlement agreement for our absolute best outcome such that we never even met with the FL State arbitrator. I always felt I had the advantage over opposing counsel. Jasmine Slater worked with opposing counsel post settlement on all details related to the vehicle surrender process so that opposing counsel honored the time restrictions in the settlement. She kept me updated on the process as she was working it behind the scenes; great communication skills. Natali Gerani oversaw all the internal K&M processes including the data I had collected as the foundation of my case. He made it super easy for me to upload vehicle failure spreadsheets, photos and videos and then managed the final steps of the overall process related to the receipt of my buyback funds, check clearing process, and final deposit into my bank account. Important to acknowledge how highly coordinated they were and that they kept a very high level of communication with me. When I had questions, they were highly responsive. They were A+ level attorneys and paralegals, with mature and proven processes, and above all worked smoothly as a team. They were clearly experts and it showed!
