  God forbid, anybody has to go through the process of dealing with a manufacturer because you have a lemon car. But, if you happen to have the kind of luck I had with my vehicle, I highly recommend using Krohn and Moss consumer law center! Even though it was very time consuming due to the manufacturer dragging their feet. They took all of the headaches that I could have been dealing with and made them easier! Thanks again to all of your team!

  This is our second time using Valerie Dunston with the firm. She has been immediately attentive on both of our defective vehicle cases and worked toward settlements that were BEYOND our expectations on both cases. Valerie takes what seems to be a complicated matter, especially with these PHEV and EV vehicles, and takes the burden off your plate and works meticulously to resolve the matter as quickly as possible with extreme efficiency!
