While they initially promised comprehensive representation, including attending court on my behalf, when it came time to settle, I felt pressured to accept the minimum offer without adequate advocacy. Throughout the process, I repeatedly had to follow up with Jeremy and Brent for updates, which were often inconsistent and disorganized. Overall, the internal team appeared disorganized, and I felt that once I signed over representation, my interests were not fully prioritized. In hindsight, working with this firm was a significant mistake, and I believe I received far less than the justice or compensation I was entitled to.

Only text messages with someone named Amy and the conversation stopped because I couldn’t get the documents she requested because Toyota was being difficult. Which I assumed Lemon Law Attorneys could assist with. I have a brand new vehicle that has been out of service for 8 consecutive months. I came to the law firm because I was having issues dealing with the dealership and Toyota USA. Their answer was to resolve my issues with Toyota then come to them for help!
