Hire this firm for your lemon law representation. We were assigned to Brandi and I am very satisfied with her professionalism, prompt reply's and she knows this business extremely well. I tried to get compensation direct from the mfg, but I failed to get a dime. Our case was very complicated and lengthy, but Brandi got us a settlement this week. I am so relieved that its over! Excellent service. Reached out to Krohn and Moss as we were very frustated with the time our jeep was in the shop. Though the lemon in our state was expired Bryan A, our assigned attorney. Informed us of a course of action. We could not be happier. Everything was always explained up front and throughly before any decision was made. No surprise fees and and a very speedy results. They were able to get us a great settlement and leveled a playing field with a major car company with lots of resources. We could not be happier. You can rexpect great advice, communication, and results. Highly Recommend!!!!
Highly recommend Krohn and Moss! I had an issue with my brand-new 2025 Mercedes. After trying to resolve it myself with MBUSA, I received a runaround and made no progress. I then turned to Krohn and Moss, who took my case, and within a month, MBUSA settled. Krohn and Moss were diligent, responsive to my queries, phone calls, and emails, and extremely efficient! I went into my experience with Krohn & Moss Consumer Law Center, working directly with Brent S. Wikgren and his team, feeling hesitant and skeptical but also optimistic. I had never dealt with a lemon law case before and did not know what to expect.
From day one, Brent and his team were true professionals. They answered every single one of my many questions, took the time to explain everything clearly, and handled my hesitation with patience and respect. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and absolutely relentless in fighting for me.
We bought a brand new car that turned into a complete nightmare. After having it for only a month, it spent the next two months in the service department. It was in repair longer than it was in my driveway.
When the manufacturer gave us what they called their “best and final offer,” it was laughable. I figured that was the end of it. But Brent and his team kept pushing. They went back and forth multiple times and ended up getting a 50 percent increase on that “best and final offer.” We are talking thousands of dollars more.
