  Michael was highly recommended to me by a family member, and I can now see why. He was always direct, honest, and provided all the information I needed to make informed decisions throughout my divorce. Unlike some attorneys who encourage unnecessary court battles to prolong a case, Michael focused on what truly mattered. He guided me with integrity, offering realistic advice based on his experience and knowledge of the law, judges, and other attorneys. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear—he told me what I needed to hear to make smart, practical decisions. I also appreciated that Michael handled all the unnecessary back-and-forth from the other party, sparing me from added stress. He only reached out when it was time to make an important decision or appear in court, which made the entire process much easier. If you are looking for an attorney who will give you honest, practical guidance and who truly has your best interests in mind, I highly recommend Michael.   We consulted with about ten attorneys regarding our situation and Michael was hands down the best choice. He was professional, yet personable, and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. He guided us and we trusted his expertise and knowledge. Michael was detail oriented and we felt heard and like he considered us as we expressed concerns about our case/situation, shared information, and what we were hoping for in the end. Not once did we feel nickel and dimed, he was easy to get a hold of, and although we kept our own records, we never had to comb through them to double check what was going on because everything was literally seamless. As a result, we were super happy with the outcome. I would recommend Michael over and over again, and would contact him again if we had a need arise.

  Was going through a custody case Michael and John helped me out So I’ll be able to see my son eventually we came to an agreement. I give them the most respect because my ex partner was not an easy person to deal with but at the end I’m happy with the outcome. they also didn’t overcharge me for the work that they had to do

  I would never recommend this office to anyone. After this review is posted, the attorneys are most likely going to comment and act as if nothing happened and will possibly point the blame to us. We are not the problem. These attorneys are not honest or reliable. You are better off elsewhere. In 2023, my father started the bankruptcy process with this office. After months with no updates, I became involved with communicating with this office via email. After emailing with their legal assistant, Sandy, she informed me that the process takes a few months and to keep sending the office check stubs and bank statements. That became a repeated process for months. While visiting my father at his home, he called the office to ask for an update and spoke with Sandy over the phone. He asked why this process has taken so long and why he hasn't received updates and asked to speak to the attorneys (John and/or Michael). Sandy stated she will inform the attorneys and they will call him back the following week. My father did not receive a call back, so I reached out to Sandy. She informed me that during her phone call with my father, he became unpleasant and started an argument with her. I informed her that I was present during that phone call and that is not how the conversation went. After being caught in a lie, she stated she'll have an attorney reach out. After weeks of no updates, I emailed the office stating if they do not wish to assist my father with his case, we would like to go elsewhere. Attorney, John Ferrentino, responded to my email stating: "There is no elsewhere to go. We have done the work. And are ready to do more. All he needs to do Is call us like we said several times last time you emailed. He can call now And he. The client. Can say a time with us. His lawyers. To do what he needs done Like we have done for years for him.". In February 2025, progress was finally being made and my father completed the pre-assesment and received a certificate. Sandy informed us that the next step is to wait for a letter in the mail that'll provide a case number and location/time for our 3/26/2025 court date. My father and I both requested off work to attend this court date. A week before 3/26, we informed the office that we had not received the mailed notice and a receptionist informed us that their may be a delay due to federal workers. I, again, reached out to Sandy for an update and she was unresponsive. In May 2025, still no court date was set. I sought out answers from another attorneys office and they informed me that my father's bankruptcy was never filed and that the trustees have not held court cases in person for the past three years; therefore, we should not have had to wait for a time/location for the 3/26/25 court date. No matter how many phone calls or office visits, nothing was ever done. After being served papers from the credit card companies threatening to garnish wages, Sandy was always our first point of contact and her assistance was never helpful. It was always the same, "check stubs and bank statements". I requested a refund and was issued one via check. Though I am happy my father was able to receive a refund, I am upset and disappointed in the service provided by this office. Lie after lie. My father waited years for his bankruptcy to be settled, only to find out he was given the runaround and nothing was ever processed. My father received multiple notices from credit card companies threatening to garnish wages and this law office did absolutely nothing to expedite this process. What a shame. This office cannot meet the needs of their clients and I would never recommend their services. As of today, his bankruptcy has been filed and has already met with the trustee and settled his debts. This process with the new office took less than 3 months while Ferrentino's office made us wait 3 years for an answer we were never going to receive.
