There were repeated issues: a missed court appearance due to a scheduling problem, delayed or incorrect paperwork, lack of communication, and missteps like using the wrong numbers for alimony calculations. I often had to follow up myself and even personally negotiate small matters to avoid delays. Instead of reducing my stress during this difficult process, working with this firm became a major source of frustration.
