- ERElly RoseNov 19, 20252.0i am still in the appeal part of my case, but at this point in my case i must rate the business thus far with 2/5 *’s because of their lack of communication/direction with me and their lack of knowledge in general between associates as well as throwing me around to different associates not familiar with my case, all leading to being grossly underprepared for my hearing and i want this to be known before the hearing, incase i lose, that i have provided a plethora of dr’s and hospitals and therapists to gather medical info from on my behalf and they have yet to do so, despite being a month away from my hearing. i am riddled with anxiety due to the lack of communication and lack of overall knowledge about the case and the process as a whole. if Jeffrey A. Rabin reads this, i hope you’re embarrassed on behalf of your employees and willing to reach out to me directly as i know my case is strong with all the information i have provided your staff.

They submitted stuff they told me not to submit, but they did anyways, it hurt my case a lot. Not a lot of prep time, ,maybe 10 minutes prior to seeing the Judge, I had a feeling it was not going well, even though they said there are no jobs I can do, due to many mental and physical impairments. The Firm told me they would not help with my appeal. I appealed myself, only to get turned down after 1 year of waiting, I was going broke, I lost everything due to my illness.
