- ERElly RoseNov 19, 20252.0i am still in the appeal part of my case, but at this point in my case i must rate the business thus far with 2/5 *’s because of their lack of communication/direction with me and their lack of knowledge in general between associates as well as throwing me around to different associates not familiar with my case, all leading to being grossly underprepared for my hearing and i want this to be known before the hearing, incase i lose, that i have provided a plethora of dr’s and hospitals and therapists to gather medical info from on my behalf and they have yet to do so, despite being a month away from my hearing. i am riddled with anxiety due to the lack of communication and lack of overall knowledge about the case and the process as a whole. if Jeffrey A. Rabin reads this, i hope you’re embarrassed on behalf of your employees and willing to reach out to me directly as i know my case is strong with all the information i have provided your staff.

They will believe the judge's paperwork over you, even though the proof you may have says different, and then (intake) will just upset you more by her stating all of the judge's errors as truth, to then suggest (intake) for me to just start ALL OVER!!! No way lady!!! My mind is fine, my insides not so good. If you can't do it, I'll find someone who has a backbone! and can & will do it!!! Bye bye 👋
