So much so I had to go to Physical therapy for 3 months. The insurance company was avoiding everything. It took 2 1/2 years to make a Settlement. Steve fought for me & was persistent in his efforts! The entire office was friendly, professional & organized! Definitely the BEST!!
- JOJames O'ConnorJan 27, 20261.0Did literally nothing for me, they even sent in the wrong paperwork when it came to file, then it comes time to settle and my attorney Dan all the sudden is a tough guy lol when I called them out on their b.s. however they rely on you just wanting to get it over with and be done, plus played off the fact I was unemployed at the time. Do not waste your time with these people. Also 1st guy who comes through to meet you is just a salesman for their services and recommends what not to do and what to do to not hurt your case. They didnt use any medical files given, or even bother to review them I later find out which screwed me later on down the line with insurance claims.. they dont care about you just their cut, they did absolutely nothing but talk to the other guys insurance agent... lmao I could of done that. Definitely a lesson well learned. Hey atleast I got a cheap $1 store beer mug with their logo on it, a pen and a cheap lighter... not even a bic. Smh
