My case was passed between multiple attorneys without clear communication, and I was never notified of an emergency hearing, which led to me temporarily losing custody of my oldest son. There is another review that is similar to mine that I overlooked when I hired this firm. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Communication was inconsistent, important details were missed, and despite the high fees, I didn’t feel supported or properly represented. I ultimately fired the firm and made more progress on my own than I ever did while working with them. I would not recommend this office for family law matters.

I thought we would have to pay for repairs - which could have been in excess of $12,000, and sue them to get reimbursed. Giannola Legal suggested we start with a letter to the manufacturer to give their legal department an opportunity to address this claim before we spent money out of out pocket to make the repairs, or suing them. It worked! After the boat manufacturer received the letter from our attorney they took care of the repairs no cost to us. No more arguing with the claims department! Giannola saved us money out of our pocket to fix our boat & super reasonable price for sending the letter.
