  LLP&H have helped me successfully navigate all of the laws and requirements related to my father's estate for the last 3 years, and I can say that they are experts at it. From Power of attorney, Trustee, POA heath care, Sale of House, Executor responsibilities, procedures and instructions, Federal and State Estate Tax, Estate Tax Preparation, Distribution of Estate and final Estate settlement, they helped with it all. Carrie Zuniga was great, easy to work with and explained everything in terms I could understand. Carrie was the lead lawyer but everyone involved was very professional and effective and I thank them all for their expert help.

  My wife and I were referred to Rick Lesser by our local attorney to handle a particularly unpleasant legal problem involving an agreement between family members. Their area of expertise is estate planning, wills, trusts, and related litigation.This was the first time we had ever been defendants in a legal proceeding and were understandably very concerned.
