She maintained excellent communication, keeping me informed at every step, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly from the beginning, and the process unfolded exactly as described. Cheri was also fantastic in assisting me.   I’m incredibly fortunate to have received exceptional service from Anne and her team. As you know QDRO, QILDRO, Letter of Instruction, and all other DROs must adhere to stringent regulations and intricate processes. The asset transfer process can take up to 18 months, starting with the receipt of the final court-certified order. I advise you to remain patient and trust that Anne’s expertise will resolve any issues. In my case, my limited English proficiency posed a challenge. Brandon, in particular, provided invaluable support and assistance. Not only did they help me make phone calls and overcome communication barriers, but they also diligently monitored each process, ensuring that any problems were promptly addressed until complete resolution. I am profoundly grateful to Brandon and Anne’s team for their unwavering dedication and support.

  Dealing with Anne Schmidt for our QDRO was a terrible experience. It took over 6 months to get our QDRO finalized, mostly due to her unresponsiveness. She never returned a phone call until there was a problem, in which cases she was rude, defensive and twisted everything around to shift the blame on us for her miscommunications or mistakes.

  Anne is truly a phenomenal counselor and business partner. She utilizes her deep knowledge of employee benefits to aid clients through divorce and ensure proper division of retirement and employer provided compensation. She does all this with a winning attitude and an eye toward resolution. I highly recommend her for all of your QDRO/employee benefit matter needs.
