  My husband and I decided to put an offer in on a house, and we knew we would need an attorney to help with all of the contracts and details involved in the purchase. We chose to work with Amy Mennecke—and it was the best decision we could have made. From the very start, Amy proved to be helpful, caring, and attentive to our needs. Whenever I had a question, she would take the time to give me a call and walk me through the information rather than simply replying to my email. That alone showed she was committed to supporting us throughout our home-buying journey. We also faced some challenging moments with our contract, and Amy guided us through each one. She clearly explained our options, provided realistic feedback, and helped us feel confident in our decisions every step of the way. In the end, Amy and her team made sure everything was in place for a smooth closing day, and we were able to sign the papers for our new home without stress. If you are looking to buy a house, I cannot recommend Amy and her team enough—you will not be disappointed with the guidance, expertise, and genuine care they provide.
