- SFShelby FergusonOct 19, 20251.0I would not recommend Deborah. She left us hanging for several days. We had to follow up with her multiple times to get her to have a conversation with us. We finally scheduled a time to speak. She didn’t answer during the scheduled time and then sent us a text saying she couldn’t take our case. When we responded asking if she had any recommendations for a new lawyer, she immediately read our message and didn’t respond. It was very misleading and unprofessional.

Mrs Hawkins listened to my story and once she heard I was a single dad out of state she assured me I was in the right place. After my initial down payment everything changed , she was rude and aggravated during calls , had little knowledge of the case asked for the same things multiple times and impossible to get a hold of. I’ve complained to Illinois bar and highly recommend not using this office.

Has her assistant to tell you the same thing when you call claims she is never in office . Very colorist
