  Phenomenal experience with SmithMarco. I had a devastating fraud case about a year ago and thought I would never see that money again. Larry advocated tirelessly on my behalf and earned that money back and then some! I ended up making money. I was shocked how well it turned out. Larry is also refreshingly transparent and straightforward in a world of lawyers that just tell you what you want to hear and then do not follow through. He’s a gem and did a great job. I would recommend this firm time and time again.

  Three years ago Larry helped my family recoup five figures worth of credit card usage stolen from our aunt while she was in Hospice. Didnt think we'd see any money, noone can fight Chase Bank and win. We got it all back. When Read on line last week about a guy who got scammed for 80k and couldnt get any back, I thought to myself they shoulda used Larry.

  My experience was nothing short of exceptional with Larry Smith and the SmithMarco, P.C. team. My wife and I were out of options at the time I found his website. I clicked on the Free Case Review and input our details with no expectation that I would even get a call back. Later that same evening Larry Smith called me to hear the specifics about the fraudulent payment made from our account. He was very understanding and gave me a few options, one of which I would never have thought of but ended up choosing. His knowledge and experience in these matters was made very apparent to me and he was confident we had a case. After a number of months our case was settled for much more than we thought possible. My family and I are so happy to have this situation finally behind us.
