  I had an exceptional experience working with Flanagan Injury Law Group, LLC. My case involved a car accident with ongoing medical treatment across both Los Angeles and Chicago, including physical therapy, imaging, prescriptions, and lost income from missed professional opportunities. It was not a simple claim, and I needed an attorney who could manage complexity while still being accessible and strategic. Michael Flanagan exceeded expectations on every level. He was patient, highly responsive, and extremely clear in explaining both the process and the numbers. What stood out most was how organized and proactive he was, he stayed on top of medical records, billing, and negotiations, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. He didn’t just move the case along, he was intentional about maximizing the outcome. From negotiating medical reductions to pushing the insurance company beyond their initial offer, it was clear he understood how to position the case for the strongest possible result. Just as important, he made a stressful situation feel manageable. I always felt informed, supported, and confident in the direction we were going.   Let me start off by saying I am appalled. I am a complete Disbelief. This Lawfirm unlike probably some other clients, but I’m only personally speaking for myself. This Lawfirm has disappointed me to the core. Michael Flanagan has really shown me that you can’t trust an attorney like him with. What these attorneys do is they take on your case because of course you’re the one that’s injured and then they think oh it’s nice money because I mentioned there was a greyhound accident and then it’s nice in the beginning, but once they find out all of the things that they find out about your case which Mr. Flanagan steel did not inform me about the medical part where he was sending me to all these different medical providers that cost so much money even giving me medical equipment sent to my house only for him to find out that there was not any medical coverage whatsoever and so they were sending me to all these providers and now I have over $60,000 in medical bills thanks to Mr. Flanagan. Instead of me getting money for my injuries for my case I am now owing money out. Mr. Flanagan hold so many lies and he actually withdrew from my case at the very end when there was no more room left to file a claim due to the statue of limitation because he didn’t want to face the fact that he lied to me. He sent me to all these providers, he ended up burning me with all these bills and so he just threw me out with the wolves for dead. This type of attorney is not someone I would recommend to anyone because he doesn’t care about anyone’s well-being. He doesn’t care about making a client have a successful case. He only cares about himself. So now I’m in debt because of this attorney. Mr. Flanagan does not conduct himself like a professional. He speaks ratchet and he does not care about his clients. I am very disgusted. I’m very upset and now I owe money out instead of getting money for my injuries. I’m having to pay for my injuries. Does that make any sense? Mr. Flanagan knows perfectly well if he wear my shoes, he will be doing the same thing as me speaking my truth and speaking my peace. This whole thing is totally unfair to me, and to be honest Mr. Flanagan should be paying me for my medical bills and also for my pain and suffering because he put me through hell and stress when he withdrew for my case, and I had nowhere to go all the other attorneys were rejecting to accept my case. Let me end this review by saying this, God does not play about me and when you wrong someone and you can still sleep at night, that is a sign of the devil. And I had to pray, and I’m still praying that God does something in sight of this whole entire case that I’ve had with Mr. Flanagan. That he touches Mr. Flanagan soul and lets him know that I am a human being and I have feelings, and I deserve to be treated fairly and professionally and with dignity and care. I would never recommend someone like Mr. Flanagan and his Lawfirm to anyone. This is a very sad and unfortunate case between an attorney and a client. Trusting in your own kind and they let you down is even worse. Leaving scripture form the Bible in 2 Timothy 3:13 “BUT EVIL PEOPLE AND IMPOSTORS WILL GO FROM BAD TO WORSE AS THEY DECEIVE OTHERS AND ARE THEMSELVES DECEIVED”.. Galatians 6:7-8 “DO NOT BE DECEIVED; GOD IS NOT MOCKED, FOR WHATEVER ONE SOWS, THAT WILL HE REAP!!!” God doesn’t like ugly. I did not deserve this at all. It’s coming from a place of hurt and pain because his deception cost me everything.
