  When our Florida Corporation was confronted with a frivolous $10k lawsuit filed by one of our customers in Chicago who received free legal services as a union member, our Florida attorney retained Zimmerman Law Offices to represent us. After countless hours spent on our part to provide information regarding the customer's complaint and paying thousands of dollars to Zimmerman Law Firm, the plaintiff finally decided to dismiss the case. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions and other circumstances beyond our control, our business was forced to permanently close after 15 years in business. As if laying off employees and losing our livelihood wasn’t enough, Zimmerman Law Offices decided to sue me personally, my former business partner, and my wife, who was an employee of the company for more than $18k for unpaid legal fees. While representing us, the staff was overwhelming sympathetic and assured us that we had gone above and beyond in an attempt to satisfy our customer and that we should’ve never been sued in the first place, but Zimmerman Law Offices apparently feels no remorse in going after their former clients, who are unemployed failed business owners for more than the amount of the original lawsuit they were defending us from. I never would’ve imagined that hiring Zimmerman Law Offices to represent my company in a frivolous $10k lawsuit would result in being personally sued by my attorney for nearly twice as much as the original lawsuit that was dropped. Is this what justice looks like in Chicago? Perhaps if you choose to hire this particular law firm. Shameful.

  Zimmerman Law Offices helped me overcome a licensure issue. They are very knowledgeable and thorough while seeing my matter through to the end. They are very reasonable too! Would definitely call on them again. And have no problem referring them to other professionals in my industry.

  The attorneys at Zimmerman Law Offices are very honest and knowledgeable in the law. They aggressively represented me and my business in lawsuits in multiple state and federal courts, ranging from breach of contract to theft of trade secrets. I highly recommend this Chicago law firm and their business litigation skills.
