  I have never found it easy to understand legal language/issues but in both with writing my will and handling the closings for the purchase and sale of my properties everything was explained clearly and promptly to my total satisfaction - even when the closing on the sale of my previous unit involved an unusual hitch, Metz and Jones stayed with me until the issue was resolved satisfactorily.

  Working with Carol, Celine, Abby and the whole Metz and Jones team was not only a pleasure, but a huge breath of fresh air. Trying to close on my house sale became very suddenly stressful, complicated, and needlessly shady due to other agents/lawyers, and Carol was quick to spot things, professionally call them out, and fight to ensure I was protected and being represented every step of the way. Their team was communicative, thorough, and kind. I always felt listened to and like my concerns mattered, and every member of this team never talked over me or interrupted my questions when I called (which I was dealing a lot with by others involved in the sale).
