We contacted Michael Richmond due to a referral from a friend. Michael came to our home to discuss the situation and to explain our rights and the process….. he was very professional and thorough. Collection was a lengthy process….not because of Michael, but due to the insurance companies. It took approx 18 months to collect and Michael kept us informed thru the entire process. We also had an opportunity to work with Mr Heller during the process and we’re very pleased with his professionalism.
