  Andrews Hughes took on my husband’s case against the Railroad and handled it with compassion, kindness and determination. My husband never smoked in his life but he worked for various Railroads for almost 30 years, exposed to everything from Agent Orange, toxic chemicals , asbestos, diesel fumes and silica with no safety equipment provided. Over two years ago he was diagnosed with pharyngeal cancer, fought that only to have it return three months later. Andrew has been there for us when we needed him. My husband lost his battle in early July. Andrew was able to secure a very significant settlement which allowed my husband the peace of mind that the Railroad was held accountable and his family was was provided for. I give him the highest rating because he is a very knowledgeable and experienced attorney that will fight for his client against enormous odds.
