I was only asked for my name and phone number, then transferred to an attorney who informed me that that was the consultation and any more would be $400. I informed him that I did not receive a consultation and after going back and forth with him twice, he asked me to explain my situation. I declined and informed him I would be looking elsewhere. If this is how they handle the initial phase, I want nothing to do with this practice.
