I was only asked for my name and phone number, then transferred to an attorney who informed me that that was the consultation and any more would be $400. I informed him that I did not receive a consultation and after going back and forth with him twice, he asked me to explain my situation. I declined and informed him I would be looking elsewhere. If this is how they handle the initial phase, I want nothing to do with this practice.

Landlord lawyers were pushing for trial…Caroline was all for it and I now know why…she is fierce at cross examination! We came out of the lawsuit fairly unscathed considering what they were demanding going into the trail. The other side knew it was ‘over’ after 30 min of cross examination by Caroline and they were eager to ‘talk’ when we had a short break. She sealed the deal and everyone was on their way!
