  Es una firma de abogados muy respetable y todo el tiempo de proceso se están comunicando con el cliente, se toman su tiempo para explicar el procedimiento y atienden las llamadas con mucha cortesía yo estoy satisfecho se cual sea el resultado final confío en que harán lo mejor posible Gracias por estar en mi camino

  They filed the wrong applications for me. The lawyer Luis Arevalo is extremely disrespectful and arrogant going as far as to say that following their directions and advice was MY MISTAKE as if I did not pay them for a service. Now they want me to pay them more money to file correctly and will not fix their error. Extremely disappointed and angry that my money wasn’t used for my benefit. I have been taken advantage of and disrespected by the same people that are supposed to have my best interest.

  Tuve una experiencia inicial con esta empresa, pero decidí no continuar. A pesar de esto, ahora enfrento un bombardeo de llamadas diarias de diferentes números, con la insistente promoción de sus servicios. Esta situación se ha vuelto insoportable y siento que estoy siendo acosado.

  Quiero destacar el excelente servicio que recibi el dia de hoy de su colaborador Erick Hernandez, recibi paciencia, respeto y empatia, lo cual demuestra su calidad humana, estamos viviendo momentos dificiles y ser atendido por una persona asi genera confianza y hasta un poco de tranquilidad. Gracias Erick por tu compromiso y actitud positiva 10-10 👌

  I reached out to consult with someone. I felt off about the situation, I felt as if someone was reading a script. He kept mentioning their google reviews and how great they were etc. Point is I personally did not feel comfortable with the people I spoke to. I told him “Thank you for your time but I am no longer interested in your services” He asked why I explained I just felt off about it and felt as if he was reading a sales pitch. He said that’s fine and we hung up. Someone reached out the next day and said I called and he wanted to continue with the service. I explained I was no longer interested, I would rather be honest than waste my time or theirs. He said “I don’t know why you called to begin with BYE”. This just proves my point as to why I felt uncomfortable with this place. That was uncalled for and EXTREMELY unprofessional for a place like this. He could have handled that very differently. You can not be angry at someone for changing their mind on a service. Point is they lack professionalism and respect. I thought of reaching out again if needed because really I’m on the hunt for a lawyer but they are definitely not on my list after treating me in such an unprofessional manner.
