Ellyn was rude in our first meeting, cut me off several times, accused me of trying to skip the processes when I was just trying to gain clarity of the adoption process. Fast forward a week or two and I decided to make a decision that was best for my family and to not proceed at this time. Ellyn herself called me and proceeded to raise her voice about who was going to pay her and how she didn’t take “lightly” to this change of mind. I sincerely apologized, just to be caught off AGAIN with yelling which was shortly lived before I heard a prompt “GOODBYE” before she hung up. IVE NEVER MET SOMEONE SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!
