  I hired Alex after my previous attorney steered my custody case in the wrong direction, and I’m truly grateful that I did. My case was anything but typical — it often felt like a movie-level battle, filled with intense challenges, a difficult GAL, and an opposing party whose tactics made the process even more complex. Despite all of this, Alex handled every twist with professionalism, strategy, and steadiness. He stepped into a situation that was already complicated and managed it with integrity and dedication. One of the most significant wins was securing attorney fee support, ultimately reducing my responsibility to about 25% of the total fees — a major relief during an already demanding process. Christy at the front desk is truly amazing – she’s professional, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. After reading so many positive experiences from others, I decided to reach out, and I can honestly say Alex is the best divorce lawyer I could have chosen. Divorce is never easy. Every case is different and comes with its own challenges. In my situation, there were many complications, but Alex handled everything with professionalism and dedication. No matter how difficult the issue, he stayed focused and made sure the job got done. He always communicated clearly and thoroughly, updating me on every step and explaining all of my options before moving forward. One of the biggest advantages for me was that Alex is bilingual in Spanish and English. As someone who struggles with English, being able to communicate in Spanish made a huge difference and helped me feel more confident and supported throughout the process. After the divorce was finalized, there were still issues with my now ex-husband that we couldn’t resolve on our own. I didn’t hesitate to go back to Alex for legal advice, and I retained him again and once again, he helped resolve everything smoothly.   Alex Moscovic is an excellent lawyer. I was reffered by my company (F50 retail) legal services. He provided timely and consistent communication and legal guidance. Alex stayed on point when opposing counsel was erratic in demands and inconsistent in timeliness. He clearly defined terms and worked with me to find mutual agreement in crafting a settlement.
