  Do not use this firm they are crooks and con people. And they don't get big settlements. After receiving my settlement they held on to my part of it claiming the check kept getting lost in the mail. Constantly confirming the address to resend it to. Games and drama. Seriously bad firm.

  You guys are very understanding very compassionate and people don't understand you guys walk them through it even though some people make it difficult but you're the first company that's offered to help me since my kids is Dad has passed away knowing he's passed on from a product like this Roundup is not a thing for anybody they shouldn't be on the shelves it takes people's lives takes people's father takes people's grandpas takes their dads or their husbands but you as a company or amazing

  I really expected better from a firm of this size and reputation. I reached out to Simmons Hanly Conroy for help with a class action claim, but the experience was disappointing from the start. Communication was almost nonexistent — I had to call multiple times just to get basic updates. The person handling my file changed three times, and every new contact seemed to know less about my case than the last. It felt like I was just another number in their system rather than a client they cared about. They also promised to keep me informed about settlement discussions but left me completely in the dark until the very end. When I finally did hear back, they had already made decisions without really consulting me. I wouldn’t call them dishonest, but definitely disorganized and impersonal. If you’re looking for a law firm that gives individual attention and consistent communication, you might want to look elsewhere.
