  Hart advised my husband to plead guilty to a crime there was evidence he didn't commit. Hart advised this under false pretenses. He claimed a critical hearing had happened, and pressed for an urgent decision on the plea. Shortly after he got my husband to sign a plea, that critical brady material (exonerating evidence) hearing actually took place and was completely hidden from him. We only found out through invoice and court records. Why would an attorney do that to his own client?? Why indeed.

  Hired him for a lawsuit about a car. They quoted me between $500-$5000. Very money hungry. He charged $25 just to leave a message. I never felt he believed me about my case and felt that he just wanted to settle. I would be caught up on my bill and I swear he would call me in for a meeting to talk about nothing we hadn't already talked about just to charge me more. I felt victimized not only by the person we sued but also by this attorney who should have had my back. They even lost track of money paid to them. We didn't even go to court and he took more than half of the $10,000 settlement. Beware. More than $5,000 to him and we didn't have enough money to fix the car after it was over.

  The most worthless lawyer. Money hungry! Didn’t care about my situation at all. We did a motion to get my property at residences. All he did was type of papers! Lied never told me the truth, talked bad about me to the police. 5,000+ Later & still didn’t get the items I was rewarded. Waste of time & money. He never helped me with anything! Staff are rude & not helpful. He was suppose to put the lawyer fee’s on my ex and never did that. Go find another lawyer!

  Do not, I REAPEAT, do NOT give this many your time or money. Thought he would be an amazing guy but in a custody battle he didn’t do anything for me but get my son taken AWAY from me, when his father was the one threatening to kill my family and myself. He bills you like crazy and mix’s up cases. Doesn’t even show up to meetings that he is supposed to attend. Horrible experience. Zero stars if I could.
