The reason I rate them at one star was because he kept on interrupting me and was rude. When considering that we are dealing with the death of someone's mother, and not even to mention how traumatic her death was and how hard I've been dealing with it, I could not believe that he was this rude on the phone. I have no issues with the fact that he could not take the case. That is life.
