- SMShelby MinklerFeb 6, 20262.0The receptionist on the phone could be a little more polite. She answers the phone with just "Law office". So I kindly explain what I am calling about. She puts me on a brief hold, but only says "One second". At the end of the phone call, she doesn't ask if there's anything else she can help with, or says "Have a great day" she just says "okay, bye." What kind of law office doesn't teach common politeness? It was a very odd phone conversation that I have never ran into before until today. I almost wish they had an automatic payment system, because I am dreading calling back next week... fingers crossed.
