I definitely did not expect a response until Monday but received one over the weekend. From there we chatted about the situation that my child had gotten into and Terzo Steves was assigned to us. Mr. Steves told me at our in person meeting what his goals and hopes for an outcome would be and kept me in the loop through the negotiations and court dates. I was put at ease knowing that they were trying to really help my family out in a pretty minor, yet unfortunate circumstance that occurred. We were very pleased with Nick and Terzo and definitely glad to have them on our side. Thank you both!
