  I just had the opportunity to speak to David Skilton. He is one of the rudest human being's I have ever spoken to. I was simply asking for my mom's K1 so she could finish her taxes. His assistant, Christie, was very nice and pleasant and helpful, then he got on the phone and spoke to me in a manner that shocked me. I hope I don't ever have to do business with this man ever again.

  We are very pleased with the services we received from both Dave and Christine. We were looking for someone to assist us in setting up Trusts, and they were recommended. They are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and were very open to making sure things were set up according to our wishes.

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Skilton and his staff in assisting me in obtaining custody of my son. When I attending Mr. Skilton's office in 2012 in regards to obtaining my custodial rights for my son , I was advised that it would be a difficult journey but one that Mr. Skilton was prepared to undertake. He was very frank in the sense that the odds were against me when it comes to granting cross border custody of children. I realize that this would be very challenging at best but felt extremely confident in having Mr. Skilton represent me in my case. The initial step was to receive temporary visitation with my son and eventually full custody. The trial process was exhausting but with Mr. Skilton's preparation and commitment to my case, I received the most amazing phone call on March 11, 2017. When Mr. Skilton gave me the news that the courts had awarded me primary custody of my son. I pulled my vehicle to the side of the road and cried like a baby , knowing that I could now provide a safe and nurturing environment for my son. Mr Skilton and his team gave a little boy the opportunity to succeed in life . I'm proud to say that Cronin Skilton and Skilton allow dreams to come true.   David and Christine Skilton are terrific lawyers who helped my family regain several hundred acres of Iowa farmland, which had been placed in trust for us by our grandparents, but mismanaged by the trustee. David is a skillful trial lawyer with a very creative mind, who knows case law inside and out. His training and experience as a JAG lawyer differentiate him from any other lawyer you are likely to find. I also found his advice regarding my own estate to be very thoughtful and valuable. I highly recommend his services. Christine runs the law office, and was helpful during the trial.
