Shawn did a great job explaining the rationale on charges and why paying up front offers a better line of communication for the entire process. I'd highly recommend their services.

Long story short Shawn was great from the very first conversation price was established and then the wait for everything to happen. My dui charge was dropped to public intoxication!! Shawn did a great job after seeing the body cam to get the charge reduced.
