  If I could give this law firm a zero stars, I would. John has been working on an uncontested, single beneficiary estate with a relatively small asset value for over two and half years. He refused to name the trustee that was in the will and named someone else and the judge refused to sign off on it because it went against the will. He also continently "forgot" to deposit thr money from the sale of the house into the trust account and later asked the executor "whatever happened to he money from the sale of the house." He was given the check and later a copy of the check showing the payee as his law firm. He is a classic Butter Maker; churning the file to keep earning himself $. If you use him, expect your love ones to have delayed closure from your death because he just keeps the estate open and they are constantly having to relive your death.

  Absolutely terrible service. Does not return phone calls, does not keep clients updated, and does not retain information provided. Very rude. If you want something done timely, correctly and confidentially go someplace else.
