  Not recommended at all!! You represented a family member and never in my life have I have ever had an attorney ask them to lie under oath. Sorry Joe but I would never recommend you to anyone. Lesson learned!

  I wouldn’t suggest Joe to represent anyone! He isn’t professional. He doesn’t respond to emails, calls or text in a timely manner. He’s not prepared on your court date. He will ask you to lie under oath so the case is done and over with. He asks for more money than what his work is worth. He is more worried about getting his money and going out to smoke his cigarettes… yellow facial will tell you. If you WANT justice do not get this man!

  Mr. Vogel is Excellent at what he does!! Very professional and yet has a Great personal side as well! He made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. Was always very helpful and always there to listen to our concerns, to answer questions and explain things! We could have never done this without him!!He is a very positive friendly person and made us feel confident that things were going to be ok. He worked so hard to get the best results for our son and we are extremely grateful to him!!We would highly recommend him to anyone in need and working with him in a tough situation has made things so much easier!
