I hired them two months ago to perform a simple mediation. During that time I was constantly having to chase them down for information, when they did respond they said the same things with little variation. They took a simple process that should have been handled within a few weeks and turned it into a slog. When I presented my frustrations to them I was told that it was not appreciated as they were a very busy firm and they felt that I was not a good fit for their firm because of my complaints. Feelings dont have any place in law. Last I checked lawyers dont have to like their clients to work with them. This firm seems to have forgotten that they're here for clients, not the other way around.
