  I retained this firm to represent me in court. I was sadly mistaken in doing so. I found out my calling this firm that I would be assigned their female lawyer to represent my case. I asked to talk to her on the phone, she said she would email me her name and a welcome letter and give updates on my case before court. Two days later, no email, so I called back to check on her and she got mad at me and denied telling me she'd be in contact with me. I didn't even know what she looked like, and she's not on the company website. She told me to look at my consent form and Google her name for any information. She refused to see me in person to go over my case prior to my court date. At court, she finally finds me, brief talk, goes to the person taking me to court, talks to that person, comes back to me and says I should take the deal that I'm going to court over by the person taking me to court. I basically paid my lawyer to represent the person that took me to court and had to agree to their terms. After the verdict, I was actually fired by the lawyer that represented me by this firm, and she washed her hands of me for anything in the future.

  My husband and I came to Jason when we were going through a rough custody battle. He was quick to take our case and after a year we received 50/50 joint legal custody of my step daughter. Jason is quick to respond, his experience with custody cases gives you reassurance and he will always have your best interest. I would highly recommend Jason for any parent wanting outstanding representation for them and their child. Our family has been put back together again and we feel so blessed. We can't thank Jason and his team enough!

  If you are a father in Iowa, choose Jason. He doesn't look at things at a mother versus father point of view, he truly looks at what is best for your children. He won't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear. He was honest about cost, time, and the possible outcomes in a relocation case. We made sure to be transparent with him throughout the year and a half our case took, and he gave sound advice. Thanks to him, I have primary physical care of my two children. This is definitely the guy you want to be sitting next to in the courtroom.

  When a simple modification case turned into a complicated relocation case, Jason did not blink an eye. He was transparent about costs and time of a case such as ours. His confidence and knowledge in law kept us looking up even when we were feeling most discouraged. We will never use another lawyer, Jason is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for help, especially fathers.
