David spent ample time with me explaining the pros and cons of wills vs. trusts and carefully guided me through the estate planning process. He and his excellent team clearly prioritize building rapport and lasting relationships with their clients. While the creation of an estate plan that includes a trust(s) can be rather costly compared to the cost of creating a simple will, I am very pleased with the results and feel the costs incurred were quite reasonable. I highly encourage anyone wanting to have their estate plan completed but who are unsure about trusts vs. wills to contact David Franks. He truly loves his job and has a passion for helping people!
