He provided inaccurate information about my case, assuring me that everything was “all good,” which was not true, I was told by the court clerk he didn't even appear. On the day I was required to appear in court, he sent some female to represent me without notifying me. Immediately after speaking with the judge, the female left, leaving me unable to have any of my questions answered. I only received accurate updates and court appearance notices directly from the managing court clerk Momi who helped me through the entire process keeping me informed. Maybe stop taking clients when you don't have capacity to do your job as is, just a thought.
