  Amphay was great to work with. Trusts can be complicated, but he takes the time to talk through it so you can understand. I really feel he has your best interest, and makes time for you. Would definitely recommend!

  We had the good fortune to encounter Amphay during a presentation on planning for the future, given to parents of children with special needs. We thought we had the necessary plans in place after using an electronic estate planning program, but the presentation made us realize what we had was woefully insufficient for our family's specific needs. So, we took the opportunity to get his contact information and several months later we scheduled a meeting with him at his office for estate planning. Amphay was incredibly patient and knowledgable, presenting the different options available to us to legally ensure our children would be taken care of when we no longer could. He and his office communicated effectively and sought our feedback throughout the process. The final documentation included not only the required legal documents, but also helpful instructions and explanations of essential information. Even after we completed the process and had our estate plans in hand, Amphay made himself available to us when we were in the process of purchasing a home. He caught a big omission in the deed documents that would have left our estate vulnerable without his input. After going through the process, my strong recommendation is to not "cheap out" when it comes to estate planning, which can secure the future of your children, and possibly subsequent generations. We are very thankful for Amphay and for everything he has done for our family! It really feels like we have a true legal professional in our corner.
