  Amphay helped my mom, sister, husband and I craft our estate plans, which was such a relief. After going through the probate process twice, we needed someone to help us to understand how to set up our plans in a way that best supported our wishes and protected our assets for our family. Amphay took the time to explain the importance and structure of a solid estate plan, including how to navigate the follow-ups required to fund our trust. Having a patient and responsive partner to help you through this process and life's unexpected changes has been invaluable to my family and me. He transformed what was a scary and complex process to something manageable and straight forward to complete. I had this on my list to complete for over 5 years and I'm so glad we finished it, thanks to Amphay and his team!

  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot stress enough how lucky we’ve been to have Amphay as our Estate Trust Attorney. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, he is genuinely caring, patient, understanding, compassionate & his level of communication has just been outstanding. Not only was I able to understand everything throughout this process, but even my mother (who is from Vietnam and normally gets overwhelmed with this sort of thing) was able to completely understand everything after Amphay took the time to simplify all explanations for her. He is responsive, reliable, professional, advice is thoughtful & trusting, and he has been very transparent with us from beginning to end. This was literally one of the scariest, most difficult things I ever had to deal with, but having Amphay guide us through everything made it so easy.

  Amphay is the best person to go to if you want your estate done. He takes his time to go over with you your options then helps you execute any land transfers that need to be done. He's trustworthy and very detailed. If you need your estate done there's no one better!
