  Alysha took on our case half way through the house purchase, she quickly got up to speed and was always keeping us in the loop, pushing for information from the sellers solicitors and when the time came to exchange and complete she was promptly able to with no delays. For a house process that wasn’t the most easiest Alysha and her team made us feel comfortable and confident in their services!

  JP Goldman have been absolutely amazing during my purchase. They dealt with my purchase promptly and then due to solicitor issues with an ongoing sale they picked that up late, Mandy and Jake went above and beyond to turn it round so quickly. I cant recommend them enough. Fantastic service, great communication and a smooth process.

  Still chasing them 7 months after completing and moving into our new house for essential documents that we need for our records. Multiple emails and phone calls- always told “oh the person you need is busy let me take your details and I’ll get them to call you back”. Nobody has ever called us back. They simply don’t care once they’ve taken your money. Second time we’ve used them (first time they were great!) and the service provided has gone way downhill. If we ever move house again we’ll be using a different solicitor for the conveyance side of things.

  We used JP Goldman for our House Purchase as first time buyers. Everything from start to finish was handled unproffesionally, slowly and inefficiently. The only member of the team who appeared to actually care about our experience was Mia, who was my main contact throughout this lengthy and stressful process. They were hard to contact from everyone trying to reach them (Ourselves, the seller's solicitor and even their estate agent), and seemingly reluctant to take responsibility of their poor planning. I am disabled and having to travel to their office with my spouse, just to get them to realise we had seriously had enough of their empty promises of getting things done, was exhausting and the entire process made me ill from stress. I wouldn't recommend in the slightest!
