  Working with Signature Law through Gloria is for me, a reassuring experience in what is usually a very stressful process. From the beginning, there was a calm clarity in how things were explained. No unnecessary jargon, just straightforward updates and a sense that someone was actually paying attention to the details that matter. That alone made a big difference. What stood out most was responsiveness. Questions didn’t sit unanswered for long, and even when things got a bit tense toward completion, there was steady communication that helped keep everything moving in the right direction. It felt like they understood the pressure clients carry during legal and property transactions. There were moments where I needed extra reassurance, and I got it without feeling like I was being a bother. That kind of patience is not something you always get in legal services, so I appreciated it. Overall, I would say Signature Law, working through Gloria, delivered a service that felt professional, grounded, and human. Not perfect in a robotic sense, but dependable where it mattered most. I would comfortably recommend them to anyone who wants a legal team that communicates clearly and stays present throughout the process.

  I used Signature Law as a first time buyer and the process couldn't have been more confusing and frustrating. What was supposed to be a 'straightforward' chain-free sale was made into a baffling experience all round. Sadid was terrible at keeping me informed, I had to chase several times to get any answers. He initiated certain enquiries around the lease without my ok and even when I said to leave it he continued to push the seller solicitors on them. He failed to explain the most basic legal jargon. Nothing was done on my sale for the first three months resulting in the sale taking 3 months longer than required. When I complained to Sital she either ignored me or incorrectly assumed it was now sorted. Sadid then initiated completion with my bank without confirmation from all parties on the date and without exchange, resulting in additional unnecessary stress for actual exchange date as we had to wait for the bank to re release the money. Sadid also made me think they hadn't received my deposit, and as such that it was lost, when actually he just didn't check with accounts first. Absolutely avoid this firm at all costs.

  ​I cannot recommend Chetan highly enough. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly efficient and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. ​When the other solicitors in the chain were painfully slow and unresponsive, Chetan proactively chased them up. He even went above and beyond by working overtime on weekends to ensure we met our completion date on time. ​His persistence, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile helped take the stress out of a frustrating situation. Thank you for a fantastic service!

  Signature law represented our buyer and were the most incompetent conveyancers. Typos and incorrect grammar in queries are the tip of the iceberg. The buyer couldn't understand their English during phone calls, and they consistently ignored our conveyancers messages and requests. We were so close to pulling out of the sale and relisting the property due to their excessive time wasting practices by creating issues that didn't exist and were not required by the buyer's lender, or requested by the buyer themselves... Seriously, avoid with the worlds longest barge pole. (You won't be dealing with someone UK based either) Chetan was representing the buyer.

  I strongly advise anyone looking for legal representation to avoid this firm. Their billing practices are completely unreasonable, and they are massively overcharging for simple administrative tasks. I was billed a staggering £1,500+ for a single document. Communication is non-existent. They refuse to schedule professional phone consultations to discuss the case strategy, preferring instead to send short, single-line emails that feel like a casual text chat. Every one of these minor, one-line messages is then itemized at full price on a massive bill at the end of the month, resulting in blatant double-charging for the same piece of data. Worse still, they completely fail to follow up or hold the opposing party accountable when they ignore legal deadlines. Save your money and find a firm that offers transparency, professional communication, and genuine value for their fees.
