  Outstanding service! throughout our property sale. The conveyancing team was professional, efficient, supportive, and worked hard to overcome delays and challenges along the way. Communication was excellent throughout, and was informed every step of the process. I truly appreciated all their hard work and dedication.   Very poor firm that wasted my time and money. Like others that have mentioned very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. From the beginning they changed solicitors as one left and another came in, no one communicated this with me. When i called they were either in meetings or sick or holiday. After 6 months of chasing them which was supposed to be a straightforward transaction they were taken off the panel of nationwide. They did not come clean and advised me that they can continue using another firm who were on the panel. After 9 months of chasing and stress with this firm they could not complete because of how they set the whole thing up with 3rd party firms. My purchase fell through as they had wasted 9 months messing me around. Additional costs i paid for the 3rd party firms which they set up was lost. Independent legal advice was lost. There was hardly any communications from them to assure me they have everything. I was always asking them what do you need next and providing rather them coming to me. If you want a smooth transaction, do not bother with this company. Stay away at all costs.
