  I needed to get my things in order when I pass away as I am a single person. I attended a seminar sponsored by my Association and learned the difference between a Will and a Trust. I decided that a Living Trust was best for me. I set up an appointment with Robert M Goldberg & Associates and everyone was very friendly and professional. I learned a lot when I set up My Trust and feel so much better about the future of all my assets. I highly recommend this company to take care of your concerns.

  First off, let me start by saying that I live out of state. I called 3 different probate attorneys in the area when my Mom passed away and this firm was the ONLY ONE to respond back to me… including the original attorney that drew up my Mom’s will….Mr Goldberg treated me with respect and compassion. He explained how everything would work and assigned Alicia to my case. After hearing many horror stories about probate and everything that entails I was extremely nervous especially since I don’t live in Georgia. Well, let me tell you, it could not have gone better. Thankfully my Mom had her stuff in order to begin with. Alicia communicated with me every step of the way and answered any questions or concerns that I had! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service!
