  Extremely Disappointed – Serious Errors and Unprofessional Conduct I hired Catherine Casto for what should have been a simple, uncontested, flat-fee divorce. My husband and I were on good terms with full agreement on every issue. Instead, Ms. Casto made repeated, serious mistakes in the divorce documents — including stating we were selling our home when our written instructions clearly said we wanted to continue co- owning it, and then inserting a sale date that had already passed. When I pointed out these errors, instead of correcting them, she told me my divorce was now “contested” and that I had to pay more money. The only problems in the case were caused by her own drafting mistakes, not any disagreement between the parties. I ultimately fired her and completed the entire divorce myself. It was finalized without any of the issues she claimed existed. In my experience, her work lacked accuracy, diligence, and professionalism. I cannot recommend this attorney.
