  The Ausband and Dumont Law Firm are committed to the success and satisfaction of their clients. I was hit by an 18-wheeler with a multi-vehicle collision involving a commercial vehicle. I was on my way home from playing golf. My car was a total lost. I suffered neck and back injuries. Attorney Audband and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and stayed in contact with me throughout the time it took to reach a settlement. He ensured me that he would take care of all my concerns. I was informed about the legal process that could be complicated, confusing, and overwhelming, especially when you are dealing with the aftermath of an accident. He helped me to make critical decisions, navigate legal processes, and helped me to get justice to my satisfaction.

  My parents have been represented by them for over a year. They refuse to answer emails or calls. I would not recommend.

  The paralegal or receptionist was very rude. I was referred to Ausband & Dumont via attorney whom stated they can help me with my case. After, I gave the same information to her she said they do not handle those cases( Only truck and car personal injury cases). I asked her to explain what is considered a personal injury case outside of truck and auto so that I can contact the right attorney. She again repeated they ONLY accept car & auto. I asked again and stated I have a brain injury so for clarity personal injury cases only involves auto accidents she laughed at me for having a brain injury saying it was fake and ridiculous stated that I need to call the Atlanta State Bar and hung up the phone. I called to ask to speak with supervisor she ask me my name I gave it to her then hung up the phone again I never had the opportunity to speak with a attorney. My case has nothing to do with Fulton county nor Atlanta, I personally feel shes was a biggot and her action were unwarranted dont be surprised after reading this review you choose to hire this law firm and they dont give you the results you wanted. You have been warned.
