- TLTeresa Lajiness4 days ago5.0I was shopping in Kirkland’s on Bruce B Downs in Westley Chapel Fla. I stopped and looked at two canvases and went on as I was going to walk away the canvases all toppled over and knocked me down and my wrist got black and blue with immediate pain. I waited till 4:00 am and couldn’t take the pain I had worked but couldn’t do anything I wrapped it with gauze to keep it tight and went to emergency room in Oak Hill Hospital, they took X-rays and put on a brace. That Wednesday I was called by my primary Dr office and said to come in which the next day. I was seen by Dr. and was referred to an orthopedic doctor. With holidays I didn’t get an appointment until Dec. 30, 2025. Went to see ortho doctor and they retook X-rays and I was told it looked like a fracture they gave me a different brace and I have next appointment on January 13th 2026.
