  I wouldn’t recommend these lawyers at all. They were so disorganized that they kept calling me to repeat the same questions and request the same documents, not once or twice, but more than five times. And even then, they still followed up about things I had already sent. It felt like they weren’t paying attention at all. Look for someone who actually wants to help you instead of wasting your time and money.

  Mi padre abrió un caso con Lisinski Law Firm y nuestra experiencia ha sido extremadamente decepcionante. La firma le proporcionó un número de extranjero (A-number), pero después de que fue detenido por ICE, los oficiales nos informaron que ese número no existe en el sistema. Esto causó una gran confusión y estrés para nuestra familia en un momento ya de por sí traumático. Mi padre no pagó solamente $500 — pagó mucho más que eso por su caso. Debido a que invirtió una cantidad significativa de dinero, esperábamos profesionalismo, transparencia y verdadero apoyo. En cambio, ahora se encuentra en un centro de detención migratoria sin respuestas claras y sin asistencia significativa. Cuando intentamos obtener aclaraciones, la comunicación fue inconsistente. Nos dijeron que no podían compartir información porque mi padre no había dejado autorización, pero anteriormente la recepción en la oficina de Norcross nos había dicho algo diferente, lo cual nos dio falsas esperanzas. Cuando los confrontamos sobre el problema con el número A, las respuestas fueron evasivas y poco profesionales. Las familias que atraviesan procesos migratorios ya están bajo una enorme presión emocional y financiera. Confiamos en esta firma con algo extremadamente importante, y en cambio sentimos que fuimos engañados y aprovechados económicamente. Les recomendamos tener precaución antes de elegir esta oficina para manejar su caso.

  Absolutely waste of time and money going to this place! They don’t even make you feel welcome or care about you. I guess they are like everyone else they just care about money. All the Latinos here have major attitude like they are gods or something. I guess it’s true what they say the worst enemy to a Latino is another Latino. I was sitting at the waiting room when I saw a lady walking down the hallway stomping her shoes , she looked like she didn’t want to be there. I smile and she looked at me like I was a weird animal or something. She didn’t say hi, welcome or like somebody is going to be with you in a few, nothing! She kept walking. Do you think she is going to care about me or anybody else? So minutes after same lady came to get me, called my name, didn’t introduce herself or anything, she just took me to a room and I say to her….are you a lawyer? Are you that is going to evaluate the case? She responded that she wasn’t a lawyer but she was one of the trainees. So my next question was, is there somebody else I can talk to? And she replied why? I said because you don’t make feel comfortable or welcome. So she said that she was going to get her manager. So few minutes after ,the apparently manager came to the room with the same attitude as Violet Gomez ( I found out her name later) no greeting me or saying his name is, nothing! I told him what happened but it seemed that he didn’t understand what I was saying, like I was talking a different language. He just stood there, didn’t know what to do, didn’t offer any solution ( how come he is the manager?) so I said to both of them “ just forget it , I am out” and to top it off he even had the nerve to tell me that they didn’t want people like me…how? I guess I suppose to take their crap without doing anything. Did I miss something? To the attorney Angel if you see this post, I wish you could call me or reply to my review. Angel you need to fired these two people they are ruining your reputation and business and if you decide to keep them , somebody needs to train these two about costumer service and learn some manners. I guess I will wait and see what king of business woman Angel is. Probably their response is going to be as generic as the rest of reviews. Very AI. The first impression says it all. Thanks for nothing!
