From the moment I spoke with Zazi, she made me feel like family like I’d known her my entire life. She has such a warm, welcoming spirit that instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel like you’re in the best hands possible. Her kindness, understanding, and genuine care truly stand out. Even as I’m still in the process of getting my finances together for my case, Zazi has made me feel confident that Stearns, Montgomery & Proctor truly have my best interests at heart. Honestly, she’s the best part of the firm in my eyes, and anyone who gets to work with her is in great hands.

Randy Sabatini is the laziest and unorganized attorney. Beware hiring this firm. They are very expensive and do the bare minimum. He doesn't show up to hearings, he doesn't tell you when you have hearings, he doesn't file subpoenas, motions, or injunctions and his billing is not accurate and he refuses to fix it, stating that after 30 days, too bad so sad. I could go on and on, but the fact is, if you want to have a terrible experience with an attorney and lose your case, hire these people. A much better choice would be Ashely Carlile in canton, she actually works for results. If you choose Sabatini, you choose sabotage. Responding to the owner - I already brought this up to you and the response I received was too bad so sad, that our contract clearly states that billing issues had to be addressed within 30 days of invoice. The problem is, while having my children taken away from me by my ex wife as a result of your inability to do anything, I wasn't paying attention to my invoices. I followed up on another occasion by letter directly to Randy and I received no response. You people take advantage of, and prey on those in desperate situations. The only thing Randy did was call me indignant constantly. My Ex was a drug addict and this should have been easy. The mediator came in and said she was crazy and randy looked surprised, even though I told him many times she was not well. I lost EVERYTHING!! My kids, my money, my stuff. He effectively negotiated absolutely nothing. In fact, I went against his advice and dug my heals in on certain issues. I would have been worse off if I had fully listened to him. I have a new attorney now, and she told me that this should have been a slam dunk and that you guys really had to try and mess this up. Oh and guess what, My ex hasn't followed any of the agreement that you forced me into.. Shocking. If you want to make this right, please forward me a check for what I paid you so that I can attempt to fix this. you have my address.

I’m extremely grateful for this firm, and especially for paralegal Viktor Katkalov. He consistently went above and beyond to help me and was always honest and straightforward.
