- GLG LNov 28, 20191.0My advice- find another estate attorney because unless you are one of their 'big' clients (one they are billing against a huge retainer, basically), then you will not get the attention your case deserves. They talk a big game but once they get your retainer, they put little to no effort into your case and even admit to you they have 'several bigger cases going on right now'. They missed obvious mistakes and lies made by the estate administrator, as well as information not disclosed to me that would have resolved things faster. However, things being resolved faster means that retainer cannot get used up...right? I got a new attorney who knew what they were doing or at least cared enough to explain my options and carry out a good strategy to resolve my case.
