  Mr. Bivek was my ex-husband's attorney, not mine. However, it was a pleasure working with him to get through a difficult period of my life. After cheating on me, my ex-husband abandoned the family and shut me out of our bank account with no funds! I wanted to keep the house, but was told it had a lot of equity in it and my ex would not agree to that. But when my lawyer spoke with Mr. Bivek regarding allowing me to stay in the house for another 5 years, then we could sell the house and split the proceeds, I was shocked when my lawyer came back and told me Mr. Bivek had already told his client that coming into mediation, he needed to prepare to hand the house over to me! I could not believe the opposing counsel was fighting for fairness and justice. I ended up getting the house and all the equity in it, in the settlement! Thank you so much Mr. Bivek for not allowing another man who has controlled and financially abused his wife for decades, to continue his abuse by taking away the only home she has knows for many years.

  fabulous! Damon is efficient, effective, and condiderate of one's time. I appreciated the simplicity in how things were presented, and the comfort level in being able to ask questions. He made an emotional and draining situation easier to deal with. He didn't treat my case like any job, but as a mission to help me. Highly recommend him and his firm.
