  Please avoid using this attorney at all costs. At one time, he was an honorable and conscientious lawyer. That is no longer the case. Do not trust him. He'll take your money and fail to represent your interests.

  Suzanne and Damon were excellent to work with to finalize my divorce. My case started out contentious and my original counsel did not work in the collaborative style I preferred. I then hired Suzanne and Damon and they did an amazing job re-orienting the process with opposing counsel. Suzanne and Damon were easy to communicate with and were aligned with my (sometimes unique) goals in the divorce and we had two successful mediations to finalize the interim coparenting plan and final marital settlement in a timely manner with 100% of the terms I wanted.

  Damon Bivek is an awesome attorney. I was helping my son gain custody of his 14 year old boy and his ex wife fought us all the way to a court trial. Mr. Bivek was at his best in the courtroom displaying a knowledge of the case in all of the questions he asked of the witnesses. The defendants attorney was definitely outmatched. We received custody and I couldn't have been more pleased with how everything was settled.

  Damon and his team worked with us for over 2 years to intervene on behalf of our niece, and finally, to secure an adoption. They were incredible. Invested in our cause, patient and helpful in our phone conversations, relentless in chasing down the smallest of details, and formidable in court. Damon is smart, with a good balance of humility. He was respected and heard by those he interacted with in our legal proceedings, and his advocacy probably saved a young girl's life in this case. We are grateful and feel like we made a friend in the process.
