  Do not trust this attorney! I paid my ex husband 172,000 that I didn’t owe. The first attorney sold me out and let my ex commit perjury. After being told he would turn things around and sue the first attorney, my ex was notified by my former attorney that a possible legal malpractice was pending so he took me back to court. I am severely disabled and have advanced stage 3C cancer and lost everything due to multiple burglaries that were being done by my ex husbands former lover and some squatters that moved in on my mothers property without anyone’s permission. This all happened in the Northeast District of Georgia. I brought all my witnesses to court that were prepared to testify on the perjuries but William Ney didn’t call not one witness to the stand. I adopted my son and am a private Christian school mom was first attorney did some horrible things to throw the outcome of the divorce, me and my son was in domestic violence situation and my ex kidnapped my son and took him to another state and my son is on recording telling me his dads attorney took a 9 year old child into his office and told him if he didn’t lie his dad would go to prison This attorney wouldn’t call not one witness to the stand and he took around 20 grand and ran Told us he had filed the legal malpractice and hadn’t done one thing then when I get in the courtroom he lets my ex commit more perjury Knowing that my ex has gotten away with this so long he made me have to pay even more money I didn’t owe my ex who had just paid cash for lake front property and I found out my 14 year old is on probation - my worst fear became a reality-my sons therapist said the longer my son was around this man- his adoptive father that my son could take on the role of the abuser. I could have settled the divorce in August 2016 for $20,000 now I’ve paid $172,000 due to insufficient counsel. He wouldn’t even return a phone call.

  William Ney. Was a terrible choice . He lied to me about suing.Sreve Lanier from Rome ga. That stole 80.000.00 dollars worth of equipment from me while I was in jail . On a drug charge . Ney kissed his ass an got in court an layed down on me. Didn't do any thing . 12,000.00 dollars gone . bad choice in lawyer
