He basically dropped the ball on us after getting 1st settlement but didn't go for second one. He would not answer phone calls or return emails in timely matter and turned the file over within 1 month of limit on statue of limitations to find another lawyer to take the case for second settlement. Not happy with the customer service and very unprofessional do not waste your time with this firm.
