  Don’t expect call backs in a timely fashion. Don’t expect them to follow through on what they commit too. Absolutely would not recommend this firm.

  Elder law practice came to our rescue at a time when we needed them so much. My dad was in late stage Alzheimers and very difficult to care for. We were trying to get him into a nursing home and be able to receive aid from Medicaid due to the high monthly rate of the nursing home. David and Melinda told us not to worry about it, that it would happen. They handled things with the nursing home. We did not have to pay the regular monthly fee even though it took a couple of months For my dad to be excepted on Medicaid.Melinda was more than compassionate to my mother. I can’t even express how much I appreciated that. I will be forever grateful to the two of them. I highly recommend them if you are in need of an advocate for your loved one. Or yourself.

  Mr. McGuffey and his staff fulfills the legal needs of the senior members of our community . They very knowledgeable and very helpful. They are also courteous.
